Thank you for choosing Bingo King. Cityhall App Studio (CAS) (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your choices regarding that information. By downloading, installing, or using Bingo King, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information we collect

i. Information you provide directly

• Support / correspondence: If you contact us (for support, feedback or otherwise), we may collect your email address and the contents of your message.

• Optional profile data: If any in-app features request a username or other profile fields, those are collected only when you submit them.
  
  

ii. Automatically collected information

• Log Data: When you use the app, our servers and third-party analytics may automatically collect log information such as device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, IP address, app configuration, timestamps, crash reports, and usage statistics.

• Advertising ID / Device Identifiers: We may collect advertising identifiers (for example Google Advertising ID) and other device identifiers for analytics and advertising purposes.
  
  

iii. Analytics and third-party technologies

We use third-party services that collect information to help us understand app usage and improve the product. These services may collect anonymous identifiers, usage data, crash reports, and other diagnostic information. Specifically:

These third parties may set cookies or use similar technologies where applicable.

How we use information

We use information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain and improve Bingo King (gameplay features, performance, stability).

• To analyze and understand how the app is used (analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting).

• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud.

• To respond to your support requests and communicate important updates.

• For legal compliance and enforcement of our policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Service providers and analytics partners (for example Firebase) who perform services on our behalf — they are only permitted to use data to provide those services.

• Law enforcement or legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

• Business transfers: If Cityhall App Studio (CAS) is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction (users will be notified where required by law).

We do not share personal data with advertisers for ad-targeting purposes beyond what is permitted by the advertising identifiers and user device settings.

Data retention and deletion

• We retain collected information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for internal analysis.

• If you want us to delete personal data associated with you (where applicable), contact us at cas@bingokingapp.com with a clear request. We will take reasonable steps to verify identity before processing deletion requests and will comply as required by applicable law.

Your choices and controls

• Advertising ID & opt-out: You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising by using device settings (for Android: Google Settings → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization).

• Analytics opt-out: Some analytics providers provide options to opt out — please consult the provider’s privacy documentation (links above).

• Contact us: For requests about your data, or to exercise rights (access, correction, deletion, portability where applicable), contact cas@bingokingapp.com.

Cookies and similar technologies

Bingo King does not explicitly use browser cookies, but third-party services and SDKs integrated into the app may use local storage, cookies, or similar technologies for analytics and service delivery. If you disable cookies or similar technologies at the system level, certain features may not function correctly.

Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect collected data. However, no security system is impenetrable — we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will follow applicable notification requirements.

Links to other apps and services

The app may include links to third-party websites, services, or advertisements. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites; please review their privacy policies separately.

Children’s privacy

Bingo King is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us at cas@bingokingapp.com and we will take steps to delete such information in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy with a new “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

International data transfers

Our servers and third-party service providers may be located in countries other than your own. By using the app and providing information, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection rules.

Delete Account

• If you have created an account in Bingo King using Google Sign-In, you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

• Open the Bingo King app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, or Send an email to cas@bingokingapp.com with the subject line “Delete My Bingo King Account.”

• We’ll verify your request through your Google account email and delete associated data, including your profile name, email, and any game progress linked to that account. Anonymous analytics and crash logs may be retained for up to 30 days for diagnostics and compliance purposes.
